Helping newcomers to Canada build a new home in Prince George.
What it's all about.
Oasis is a community of people on mission to love our new neighbours. We share Jesus’ love with all cultures and people, through God’s love for us all. We help newcomers to Prince George settle in well, and we want to be the hands and feet of Jesus as they build a new home here.
Oasis grew out of Westwood Church, when members with a heart for newcomers to Canada came together to serve them. Today the ministry offers settlement services, ESL support, and personal assistance for individuals and families. All of our services and resources are free.

How can I join the serve team?

Can I give to Oasis?
Yes. Give through Westwood's online giving. Gifts are tax-receiptable and go to Oasis to fund its work and help newcomers as needs come up.
