Westwood All In
This fall we went all in: four themed Sundays leading to the return of two services. Now the invitation is simple. Be all in with the church.
How it started
Four Sundays. One church, all in.
This fall we kicked off Westwood All In with four themed Sundays, each one building toward the return of two services on October 4.
Here's a look back at what God did along the way.
September 13
Vision Sunday
We shared our updated vision and mission, celebrated baptisms, introduced microchurches, and stayed for a church-wide BBQ.
September 20
Mission Sunday
We heard about Alpha, Oasis and the mission God has for us right here in Prince George, and asked: who could you invite to church?
September 27
Next-Gen Sunday
Katelyn and Steve shared what God is doing in our kids and youth ministries, we commissioned Emily, the youth band led worship, Pastor Nolan preached, we celebrated a youth baptism, and Alpha began.
October 4
Launch Sunday
We return to two services every Sunday, at 9:00 and 10:45 am. Where could you serve on Sundays?
Westwood All In
It doesn't stop here.
All In was never just four Sundays. It's an invitation to be all in with the church: not watching from the sidelines, but part of what God is doing at Westwood and across Prince George.
Serve
There's a place for you.
Now that we're back to two services every Sunday, we'd love to have you on the team. Greet at the door, serve coffee, run slides, care for kids, play on a team. Come find where you fit, and we'll help you get started.
